Food: Well it's Taco Bell. It's crave for junk food. Service: excellent, on it and fast.Atmosphere: clean to the point of sterile.Parking: Small but sufficient space. This Taco Bell is subpar. When we walked in, there was no one at the front counter. Someone did come out front and acknowledge us, but they did not speak English. We waited for quite a while for someone to come out and take our order. Once we received our food, we realized it didn't taste all that great and we've eaten better food at other Taco Bell's. This location was good they got my order right and I was in
My sister came into this location for a quick lunch on Sunday January 21st around 1pm. The service she received from the woman and the young man was terrible. Usually my sister doesn't complain but for me it wasn't right and i wanted to let whoever looks at this know whether it be a regional manager or whatnot. Upon entering the store, she was greeted by someone but the people at the register didn't bother to help her but continued on with their conversation. So she ordered and once the food was ready someone who was I'm assuming on their lunch break was eating while he was handing her the food. They pointed to the hot sauce to see if my sister wanted any without any use of words. I think that was the last straw for her. Our family owned and operated a Yum Branded restaurant for 32 years. So we know what it is like to run a restaurant within the Yum Brand. Just seeing this kind of service i hate to hear about or even see because as an operator I know what Yum expects and obviously if you had a Steritech audit that day, you'd automatically fail. I don't know if you guys are a Harmon owned store, as i know Harmon runs a lot of KFC's in our state and I hope you can take action to improve the service here. If sales are slumping this may be a reason why. I don't doubt the reviews on here are lying here as some of them have stated a lot about the poor state of the restaurant. I know this kind of service isn't going to help nonetheless. I don't expect a call from anyone but I want to point it out that way your people can fix it and make it right before it's too late.
Food good as usual, dining area was old, dirty, and gross. Badly needs employees who will bus tables and an overall upgrade to the facilities.
For those who understand everything about the film, this is the address of KFC, which shares its location with Taco Brel. Both very average, low
