The atmosphere here is pretentious and haughty, and the cocktails are not only overpriced but also watered down. I'm left wondering why I came back; it hasn't changed since 2001. I really enjoy old-fashioned bars; they have so much history to them.
Fantastic local bar with a welcoming atmosphere. They offer a fantastic selection of beers, and the service is top-notch. The regular patrons are incredibly friendly as well. Plus, it's conveniently located near some great local restaurants. What more could you ask for in a bar?

Iconic establishment! I was the manager of Cal Cafe in LG from 1987 to 1988. Both myself and the local community will confirm that Carry Nation's was, and continues to be, a significant chapter in LG's history.
