What Ziggy L doesn't like about Asa Los Gatos:
The paella rice was quite intriguing, with a delightful crispiness. However, the sauce had an unusual flavor, as I’ve never encountered a dish with so many olives before. The heirloom tomato salad was enjoyable, and the scallops were cooked perfectly—seared and tender. Yet, the dish felt like it was lacking something, perhaps a touch of acidity to elevate the flavors.
