The quality of the food is decent, although it is a bit on the expensive side. The service is quick, and the fried chicken wings are tasty, though slightly dry; they make up for it with a good amount of sauce. The hot buffalo fries are definitely worth trying, and I recommend getting the sauce on the side. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Buffalo Spot:
UPDATE: I decided to give this place another chance today, and wow, what an improvement! The fries were crispy and nicely seasoned, and the buffalo chicken was tasty, though still not exceptional. I still feel that the combination of items is a bit off—it's quite different to eat fries with a fork, for example. View all feedback.
Great!!! Food is delicious and service a great. It's very family friendly. Would come back again. The portions are very generous.
The buffalo spot is overlooked and underrated. I ordered the 10 Pieces of Garlic Parmesan and Original Hot Traditional Wings, Onion Rings, Ranch, and Special Sauce. The wings were perfectly cooked. They had a crispy exterior, with a juicy interior. Both the sauces tasted good. The flavor of the garlic parmesan is really nice. You taste the pungent garlic, with the salty parmesan. My issue with the garlic parmesan wings is that the sauce is a questionable consistency. Don't get me wrong it was a good flavor, but the consistency was like slime. It was a big turn-off for me. The flavor of the original hot was really good. It was a perfect tanginess that matched well with the wings. The spice level was perfect. The onion rings are surprisingly fantastic. Honestly, one of the best onion rings I've ever had. They were perfectly fried. The breading had a nice flavor. The onion itself was nice and tender. The onion ring as a whole was very crispy. Looking at the picture it looks good too. It is the definition of a perfect onion ring. The ranch is alright, it's just ranch. It was very liquid, which is a little questionable. The special sauce was pretty good. It tasted like chipotle mayo. The quality of the ingredients was good. Due to the wait time, I know for sure the wings are fried to order. Everything came out nice and hot. Again the garlic parmesan sauce is a little questionable in its quality. Again, the ranch being very liquidy is also pretty questionable. The presentation of the food is alright. It's just standard packaging. I like how they top the garlic parmesan wings with some shredded parmesan, it makes the wings pop and looks appetizing. The price is an issue. It was really expensive. It's much more expensive than other places where you get flavored wings. Though, the wings were pretty big. I also appreciated how they sauced the wings well. They gave a really good portion of onion rings. Therefore the price of the onion rings is fair. The chicken wings on the other hand, in terms of the price I would say, are unfair. The staff was pretty nice. Not over-welcoming nor under-welcoming. Again, they do fry the wings fresh. Therefore, it took a while to get my order. No issue there. The ambiance is alright. They're located in a food court of a mall. Though, their sign and the look of the whole booth look really nice. From the looks of the inside of the kitchen, it seems really clean. The parking is really good because of the big parking lot.Pretty good wings here.
So the photos are deceiving the food is a awful waste of money don’t buy from here and employees are lazyFood: 1/5
This place is the worse place bad costumer service I ever had they didn't even greet me at first they just ask me what I wanted the lady didn't even speak English and gave attitude because she didn't understand it's not my fault you don't know English, they need to hire new employees they had me waiting over 30 minutes for my food and there were no customers on scene
Came here to order some food for me and my toddler after shopping. My toddler was quite tired, hungry, sleepy, as nap time was delayed. I wanted to save some time for me and not cook when we get home, instead eat there. The plan not only didn’t work, but ruined my day.The cashier girl was totally useless. She couldn’t comprehend what I was saying. After repeating many times, she only got half of the order. I get it, noisy around, and my toddler was screaming, but she could have come closer to hear better. She couldn’t care less. After waiting for about 20 mins, they just made some very hot chicken tenders, when I specifically told them to use any sauce that wasn’t hot.Not knowing the prices, because they by no means had the prices visible anywhere, I thought she took my full order. Especially because it was so pricey. After I told her, when received half of the order, she tried to ignore me a couple of times, talking to the next customer, to which he replied go ahead and finish the order. Once returned to me, she only told me she can have them prepare the rest of the order, another five minutes. No sorry, nothing. After wasting about 25 mins, my toddler getting hysterical, there was one food he would eat, and they missed it.Such a terrible terrible experience. Instead of wasting my time, I could come home and cook something fast. All the way home my kid screamed continuously, was very tired to eat food once we got home, in bad mood, crying. Very traumatic experience for him, as he is on the spectrum, and gets frustrated easily. We could’ve returned home half an hour earlier and he would’ve gotten to bed earlier.I was so exhausted after all, that there was no energy to do anything at home.I believe if somebody doesn’t have the mental capacity to pay attention to customer’s orders, they shouldn’t work in customer service or with people overall. Will never order food from them, and chances are very low of me returning to that hot, dirty, noisy, expensive and cheap quality mall. At least not with my kid. Such a disappointment. The tenders weren’t worth my time either. Too sour and hot. Tasted not good.
