What Franco A doesn't like about Sushi 101:
I ordered the Unagi Roll and the Chicken Katsu Bowl. The Unagi Roll was satisfactory, though slightly more expensive than I’m accustomed to. The unagi sauce was flavorful but a bit runny for my taste. However, I was most let down by the Chicken Katsu Bowl. There was not much customers at the dining but this restaurant seems to have lots of To-Go and delivery orders.Server is friendly and served me when I wanted their service. Nice volume of food and reasonable price. I assume this is the best value in Beverly Hills area as a Japanese restaurant.Food is delicious and has a variety, lettuce salad, sea weed salad, spring roll, boiled eggs, Hamburger Steaks with topping.
