Good, solid place for ramen. Situated inside the Japanese Mitsuwa Marketplace, there is also have a food court with a variety of things Japanese to purchase and try. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Santouka Ramen:
I don’t know what happened to this place. I lived in the area when Santouka first opened and it was excellent back then. I just moved back after more than a decade away and time has not been kind. Broth had no depth. Ramen egg was over cooked. Pork was inedible. No one in my party could finish their food. Perhaps we’ve been spoiled by the awesome ramen from Wagaya in Honolulu? Good spot in the food court for ramen, cold soba Noodle tempura.Easy quick fix with good ingredients and fresh prepared food.Food: 4/5

Soup was very salty. Had the combo with salmon rice. I usually finish all my food. Not this time.Food: 3/5
Ramen was okay, noodles were fine but the pork was grey and very tough. Ramen was also pretty pricey at $15 for the quality. I would say this tastes more like $10 quality.Food: 2/5
Had the Miso Ramen at their LAX Tom Bradley airport terminal location and it was excellent.Perfect combo of flavors, freshness and texture.I paid $20 for the dish. Next door they are selling BK whopper combos for a few bucks less. No brainer from the quality and cost perspective. No disrespect to the King.
