The food arrived cold, despite the driver's prompt delivery. The burgers were carelessly tossed into the box, and the fries were icy. I'm not sure why the quality of the food has declined so much; it used to be really good! View all feedback.
The experience was disappointing! The burger was cold and the bun wasn't genuine; it fell apart easily. I would like a refund.
