I arrived at the coffee shop at 7:30 looking for a quiet space to handle my phone calls, including banking. Unfortunately, my experience was not peaceful due to the extremely loud music playing. The volume was similar to a nightclub, making it difficult for me to have a conversation with anyone. I asked the staff to lower the music, but they did not seem to take my request seriously. We just visited, having ordered ahead via their app. Our order was a little late in being prepared, which didn't bother me, but the young man who helped us was very kind and apologetic and gave us a piece of cake to make up for it. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but his customer service was exemplary and I will definitely be back. Also their food is great and I love the Mojito spritzer!
Absolutely fresh and high quality European pastries, croissants, cakes and EVERYTHING! The young ladies are well-trained, professional, and very efficient. Coffee is wonderful too. Love the Rewards program. I highly recommend PB.
I love this place. They have great customer service. It’s clean. The cakes are delicious and sweet. I buy cakes here for family birthdays and they love it.
Absolutely love their baked goods! The staff members are extremely helpful and they are taking extra precautions because of covid as well for the pastries and for our safety.
Great place to have French pastries with a twist. The curry croquette was an interesting and delicious surprise.
