My wife, a regular customer, encountered an issue with her phone and was unable to make a payment right away. When she asked if she could try again, an older gentleman began speaking in Chinese to the lady who was making coffee, which caused her to stop what she was doing. The man then told my wife that the payment machine wasn’t working, despite the fact that another customer had just successfully used it. Instead of helping her, he suggested she go to an ATM to withdraw cash. My wife showed him that she had funds available in her account and asked to try again, but he continued to insist she get cash from an ATM. Frustrated, she left and went to Frank Coffee, where they were kind and assisted her with her payment using her phone since she didn’t have her credit card. Overall, the staff at this restaurant lacked patience and showed little willingness to help their customers.
Try the egg and cheese on a sesame bagel! Their drip coffee is also excellent. The owners are really wonderful, so let's support small businesses!
This is a hidden gem of a restaurant. If you're looking for a Jamba Juice experience without actually going to Jamba Juice, this is the spot for you. The smoothies here are both refreshing and tasty, with a wide variety of options. The bagels are simply the best in the neighborhood—perfectly toasted with just the right amount of cream cheese. There’s a good selection of bagels to choose from. Their sandwiches are also fantastic, including the chicken and tuna options. While some menu items are currently unavailable due to staffing shortages, they do their best to provide great service. I absolutely love this place—it's my go-to for breakfast and lunch. Oh, and they offer freshly squeezed orange juice too!
The couple there is lovely! I love their nobleness. I recommend the turkey sandwich, I get it almost every day.
