Macchiato - Los Angeles

The owner or manager of this place should be embarrassed. There’s just one dedicated worker at this amazing anime expo, and the service was extremely poor. It's a shame that the girl on duty today was left to manage things on her own, aside from an elderly lady in the kitchen. To make matters worse, my drink, which was supposed to have chia seeds according to the menu, did not contain any.

I ordered the Okinawa Hokkaido Militant with boba, and while the Hokkaido Militant was really good, the boba was a bit hard. I visited on Saturday at 4 PM, and there was no wait time; my order was taken right away and arrived promptly.

I tried the macchiato sunrise, and wow, it was delicious! I'm usually not a fan of fruit tea drinks, but this one was amazing—super refreshing and highly recommended for anyone who enjoys fruit tea. I also had the pistachio milk tea, which was similar to a pistachio latte but had a creamier taste. Both drinks were excellent! Just a note: they don’t offer sugar-setting options, but the staff was very patient. There was only one employee at the register making drinks, with a sweet older worker assisting them. When we came here, it was almost empty. we ordered a mandelmilchtee, a horchata and a coffee. the drinks were delicious and the horchata came up with rugged oreo cookies on top with a little green to make it look like a pottery. that's sweet and creatiw. the inner was calm and gentle.

I knew I had to come her after seeing the aesthetics of having a potted plant drink. It seems so fun and unique! The mochi waffles had a very pretty display showing its vibrance with different fruits and ice cream. The texture was warm and chewy, which pairs well with the cold ice cream. It was great that they gave us more than one type of ice cream to try with the waffles. I brought my friends over to have a taste and our favorites were the tiramisu and the green tea milk tea! We were surprised to see that the ice cream was nice and firm since even after so much time taking pictures, it didn't melt, leaving us time to enjoy the dish. The staff were friendly and the interior was decorated with pictures and plants.
