a good restaurant in every department. one can assume that one is particularly treated by a large, attentive staff. I had experienced a very fine customer service and I compromised the manager. he told me that he never wants everyone to be unhappy and that I myself have adapted it as my mantra. the quality and fresh of food and bakery are fantastic and I am very happy that they offer a great service for these opposit... What Johnson Mueller doesn't like about Langer's Deli:
I enjoyed a pastrami sandwich and fries from the beloved aged establishment. The staff is friendly, quick and efficient. I give Langer?s 3 stars due to the bread not being toasted, something I believe every classic pastrami sandwich should have. The fries weren?t seasoned and perhaps steak fries could be a better fit for a deli setting. They were out of ice cream, so I couldn?t try a malt. I can tell this place was a... View all feedback.
In the last few months I went to three Jewish Style Deli's in NYC, including a renowned one. I was disappointed with the sandwiches in all, but Langers in Los Angeles beat them down. The sandwiches are slightly smaller than in NYC. But still a good size and leave you well satisfied... Prices are significantly lower. Pages are very good. The Koleslawin is great. The potato salad is a little too sweet for my taste. The waitress suggested her homemade vanilla cream soda. It was also very good. In other words, go and enjoy. The only problem is the neighboring neighborhood. Be careful. They have a parking space on the next opposite corner with validated parking spaces. Otherwise it is difficult to find street parking in the area.
You have to order a pastrami sandwich with a side of pastrami cheeses for a good time! they have parking about a block that can be validated in the restaurant.
Words cannot describe this place. The #19 is the best sandwich I've eaten in the 30 years I guessed this beautiful planet. Nothing compares. The Delis of New York are fine coders, but no game. Make yourself a favor when you're in Los Angeles, or just somewhere on the planet Earth. Go to Langers. Find yourself. It is an experience that transforms you, and your next day becomes the true beginning of a life that is well lived.
To be honest, the prices are far too high for something I'm on the street for half the price. They claim to be the best to serve pastrami, but this claim was short for an order of pastramiries with chili, which was terrible and disgusting, it still had that fat red parts could not have been warmed enough or old, second there was not enough of the pastrami that was the reason for my visit, became the reason I wanted to go, the price was steep to almost 20$ for a small part. Breakfast was okay my wife ordered a full of cinnamon toast and crispy bacon. Not bad. You're asking for a vaccination card that I think is stupid but to be warned.
Knowledgeable waitress, good service. The pastrami is EXCELLENT, and has a much more subtle flavor than the local hamburger joints that serve pastrami. Literally melts in your mouth.
