Staffs were nice, but..It’s one of the blandest ramen we ever had. I totally respect the goal they are aiming to become “the best ramen in LA” which they said on their menu. Although every ingredient looked super authentic and the broth looked rich, there weren’t any flavor at all also a bit watery.I really wish I could love them, but there seriously no flavor, and the noodles were slightly over cooked. The charsiu was ok… the egg cooked ok, but also tasted bland.Their tsukemen is more disappointing, as the broth is using the same broth with ramen… never had a tsukeman like that.I thought they were over reacted when I saw a comment mentioned that some instant noodles would be better than this… but for any ramen lover who wants to come here, especially for their tsukeman, just go buy a pack of sun noodle at any Asian markets, and it really tastes at least 10 times better.

I went to Kota Ram for the first time and it is a must-visit! It is a charming little restaurant with fantastic food. The tonkotsu ramen was absolutely delicious. We also tried the edamame, which was very tasty. The service from Lyn, the manager, was exceptional and we will definitely be returning. They made us feel welcome and provided a great experience. I highly recommend this lovely restaurant. The service is top-notch, especially from Lyn who truly cares about the customer experience. Don't forget to bring your vaccination card and ID - it is required for entry to keep everyone safe.
The service was fantastic and the ramen broth was elegant and flavorful. The staff had excellent knowledge of the menu. Our favorite dish was the carpaccio appetizer with the high quality ingredients. We absolutely adore this restaurant.
What a hidden gem?! delicious rams, the broth is silky smooth, all appetizers are ingenious and roast goat balls are crazy!
