What Wilton McLaughlin doesn't like about Kettle Black:
We waited for 45 minutes for our main course, only to be informed that they were out of what we'd ordered. We then re-ordered and 5 minutes later, were informed that this item was also no longer available. In fact, half their menu was not available. This was only at 8.30pm, not the end of the evening. The homemade pastas at this restaurant are fantastic! However, the pizza was too doughy for my taste.

First of all I want to say that the interior of this place is stunningBrass, marble, interior brick.
La Marea was a big surprise. We visit the area occasionally and the restaurants are fine. La Marea comes from Westchester where we have many to choose from and it definitely falls into that category. The food was outstanding and the place was very welcoming and comfortable. Can't say enough well. All you have to do is try it yourself.
The food at this restaurant is excellent. The mozzarella and tomato salad was the best I have ever had. The shrimp and scallops over polenta were a wonderful and unique blend of flavors. The menu offers a wide variety of options and the service was exceptional.
