seriously wonderful cafe filled with lovely people. i always enjoy the food and the time i spend here, if i may offer a couple of suggestions— 1. when an ingredient is out of stock, you shouldn’t have to pay for a replacement item on the app, and also you should still be able to order the vegan bundle even if it’s missing one ingredient. 2. a water dispenser would be greatly appreciated by all the customers, a lot of... What Yara doesn't like about Joe The Juice:
Customer service is ok. No one greets you or smiles at you while taking your order.I understand how it feels to work in this massive capitalist system and how demanding and stressful things can be, but we’re still humans. Let’s smile a little more and change these environments with our kindness. I did that, but the energy at the space wasn’t very welcoming.I didn’t feel very good here. View all feedback.
I haven't been to a joe and the juice in years, but I used to go all the time in San Francisco and liked it. I don't know if it's the location or if the overall quality has degraded, but all I know is I ordered a panini sandwich. There was like NOTHING inside. It might as well have been just 2 pieces of toast. It was not a sandwich. I used to get the same sandwich years ago and it was thick and hearty. It also is supposed to be hot and mine was cold, even though I ordered it in person. Long story short, won't be coming back.

Inexperienced, mean , childish. Staff makes mistake after mistake and blames customers. They are mean because they make so many mistakes and customers complain over and over. Instead of fixing the issue they have temper tantrums. They are too naïve to know what they did wrong similar to a 3 year old . It’s funny to watch actually. They have very very poor management. They absolutely do not know what they are doing and should change quick. The word is out.Dropping customers like flies. Me included.
I have been going this Joe and the Juice for years as I love their spicy tuna sandwich. I generally spend around $1000 a year, and it’s always had its problems in the unfriendliness of its staff but that seems to be a universal trait for this company as all staff members in LA, SF, New York, Denmark, and Iceland have the same attitude. However, the supply chain issues at this store have become ridiculous. For over a week now they have been out of every single item from the more obscure like pesto and Tabasco to the basic like bread, milk, and espresso. We are a year post pandemic I am not sure why I have been unable to order anything for a week it’s a waste of buying their prepaid cards when you spend money but then can’t order anything. This store really needs to get it together.
