Jack In The Box - Los Angeles

The service depends on who is in charge. I've been going there for years, and I think the manager needs to be more attentive to the environment. I'm sorry, but more attention is needed, and the employees should be appreciated more; they need to feel more confident in their roles.

I don't usually eat at fast food restaurants, but Jack in the Box is just an average option. The location I visited had decent service, and I received exactly what I ordered without any issues.

I have to say this is our go to treat/cheat day spot. EVERYTIME I have stopped in my order has been spot on!! hot fresh and exact! I truly appreciate the team at this location

Absolutely the worst!! I 'm really flabbergasted by the way mike acted. He 's a bigger guy that claims he 's manager..2am and I said normal and he snapped and said we don 't have normal. Sucked his teeth and said uhhh. And since you don 't know I 'm notgoing to take your order and then called the cops allegedly and said I was a drunk driver. He needs to be relieved of his joband he shouldn 't work with anyone. His actions are reprimanded.

I noticed that they switched the meat to the buttery jack, and the food just doesn't taste the same anymore. The bun was burnt as well. I had an issue with my tacos because they forgot to give me the other two I ordered, so I had to go back for those. The soda was filled to the brim with ice, leaving very little actual soda to drink. To top it off, the dining area was dirty and in disarray, with tables and chairs that were all scratched and peeling from previous customers. I won’t be returning. I was there around 2 PM, order number 451.
