large 50-style american diner! tons from Coca-cola memorabilia decorate the square. extremely clean! although it has been a landmark of la since the 60s, everything looks completely new. burger: patties are a food steak blend that gives it an excellent classic taste. bun was perfectly roasted to a crunchy outside with a soft inside area. friends could not be better! thick cut and a good salt ratio. only the correct q... What User doesn't like about Hamburger Habit:
displays are too expensive and it is not even worth the price compared to other high-end burger places. the owner is clearly a micromanager and his employees are clearly afraid of him. He goes over the board who tries to give customer service, but for me it seems as if he likes to feel like a survivor with whom everyone is in his business. View all feedback.
Food for the poor, but price for the rich. I'm just disappointed with this food item. Over $8 before tax. They think they would put much more love and care in their food menu elements. That's her baseburger. The taste is sponge and dry. It's dressed with almost nothing but a small board of ?dressing? which is basically just ketchup. I asked if the burger was frozen or freshly ground beef. The cashier said ?fresh.? Unfortunately, the burger did not taste fresh at all. It feels like this is a popping brand once, but surely it is short when it is a whole mood. Hamburger Habit, you need rebranding, call me! After writing this review, I went to her website to get an idea of history and here an excerpt from Frank, the owner himself: ? It may sound maisy, but I have always dreamed of a 'American-as-apple-pie' fast food restaurant, where the quality of the food was higher and healthier... where the service was finer and faster... and where every room was safer... I found this fascinating, because although there was a man who crashed the floor while I ordered, it seemed only scattered and a bit disorganized in the dining area. Frank, let's bring this back (the highest quality), even with the lowest price items on the menu.
You can make any burgers or sandwich you want as you like. Soups and shakes, Patty melt is right. Chili Fries!
This restaurant sounds like the habit burger restaurant, but it is a completely different place, not related to the chain. I ordered burgers and hot dogs a few times here. The burgers and fries are big and good enough. But I didn't like their hot dogs, too unusual dressings for me. The burgers aren't expensive and the restaurant has an old school look with various posters and historical coca-cola signs.
The ambiance of this place is the real attraction. Really classic authentic vintage feel. Great staff, friendly. The only thing is the meat patty is really thin, its more of a toppings sandwich than a burger, the bun is sizeably larger than the patty.
Grew up eating this spot. Great burgers, the Sassy Cheese and The Works are great. Great patty melt. Great fries and chili. Thick shakes. It's got a 50s burger joint feel. Do your mouth and belly a favor an go there.
