Great place but the service sucked! Our waiter sat us and never returned so we weren’t able to order drinks besides water. We were missing a table setting so one of us got to eat with a fork and the other w a spoon until 20mins into eating we finally got another fork. We also never got refills on our water. I have mixed feelings about this whole restaurant. The customer service was nice. The meat It was being servedSaid it was very dry and did not have a lot of flavor. There was 2 of the meats that were cooked very nice. I feel like i'd Bury high in Hometown buffet you get your own food. I was not aware of the situation but I don't like it I feel like for the price I couldn't went to a really nice steakhouse. View all feedback.
I’m not sure if it was the location, but the Beverly Hills restaurant was much better during my last visit. It was shocking to find that every cut of beef had almost no flavor! All four of us noticed the same thing. The highlight of the experience was the salad bar, but that wasn’t the reason we chose to dine there, lol. Overall, it felt like a huge waste of money due to the complete lack of flavor and delicious food. I definitely won’t be returning. Additionally, it took 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and they weren’t prepared correctly. The upper management should investigate what’s going wrong at this location — they’ve lost four customers for good!
I visited for the first time to attend the bourbon event, and it was a fantastic experience! I had the opportunity to sample a variety of new and familiar whiskeys. The food that was served was delicious, and I can't wait for the upcoming events!
We celebrated two birthdays over lunch yesterday, and, as always, the service and food were exceptional.
Wasn’t a bad experience. Service was a little slow and chaotic. Food was mediocre.
All delicious and excellent service.. if any doubt is one of our favorite restaurants
