Chipotle Mexican Grill - Los Angeles

Unfortunately I will not comeback here again there is a guy inside blonde hair and black skin I think he is new but he is terrible he put half spoon chicken half spoon rice and 3 spoon black beans no cheese it?s a my worst chipotle experience ever I live around and I asked guy he was terrible person and doing mikimouse business there if the Maneger reading this message let me know if you guys fire him and then I can comeback here again I?m going to stop another chipotle because I been angry and I throw I?ll foot the garbage

This is the worst Chipotle location I?ve ever visited. Some workers have no sense of good hygiene. Washing hands is necessary. The food counter is disgusting. If I had food allergies, I wouldn?t feel safe nor comfortable because of the fear that my ingredients may have been cross contaminated with dairy. Smh.

Nice place. Sweet employees. But when I got my bag home the bottom of the bag was completely wet and if it wasn't dripping on my leg up the stairs home, I would not have known the bottom was going to drop all my food. These things happen. It's likely a fluke. Normally all is excellent here. Thank you.

This is the closest to my location. It?s mostly solid and I?ve ordered continuously because of that. This is a pic of when I asked for ?extra? sour cream which meant not getting a 3rd topping for my quesadillas this day. It didn?t feel much like an extra tho which was a tad frustrating, but customer service always takes care of it. I always get a bowl which 80% of the time has a good portion, but sometimes get a little less than expected. Thus, the 4/5 stars.

They were super busy with lines out the door. They did an amazing job keeping the lines moving. There was no complaints from any customers.
