Chipotle Mexican Grill - Los Angeles

I ordered a meal that cost $18.13, but I didn’t receive enough food to even cover the bottom of the bowl. I was quite disappointed with both the quality and the quantity of my meal.

I order from Chipotle 3 to 5 times a week, but this specific location is disappointing. They frequently forget to include chips and get my order wrong more than half the time. The food is often served cold. I’d say only about 25% of the time my order is accurate and satisfactory. It seems like there’s an issue with the management at this location.

I visited the restaurant at 9:30 a.m., with only half an hour until closing time at 10 a.m., and it seemed like my presence was unwelcome. The staff had already cleaned up, and many food items were unavailable. I was informed that the tortilla press was “off” for the day, which left me puzzled as to why it couldn’t be used again or why it was shut down a full 30 minutes before closing. I opted for a bowl instead, but they had run low on most of the ingredients. While they did refill some items, they mentioned that only vegetable options remained and were unwilling to make more. Unfortunately, that was the only thing my friend wanted. I left feeling disappointed and confused about why their operating hours state 10 a.m. when the restaurant seems to begin closing half an hour earlier without any effort to accommodate customers.
