The food was described as bland and overpriced, but the hookah was praised. Others had positive experiences, enjoying the ambiance, food, and service. The music and vibe were highlighted as major positives, but some experienced issues with the cleanliness of the hookahs. Overall, the atmosphere was praised as relaxed and enjoyable, with varied opinions on the food and hookah quality. It seems Glass Lounge may be hit or miss depending on individual experiences.
This is one of the best Hookah places I?ve ever been to?.The music is sick, the environment, the best!, the drinks are awesome, their hookah is the best without a doubt, really smooth. The flavors are great and you can really feel the flavor you asked for,and I have to mention the staff is an A+! BEST SERVICE! Thank you for having the best vibe and great energy ??????????
The bar and hookah lounge is separate so choose. The bar area was amazing . Cute aesthetics
Good vibes and great comfortable seats, Average shisha and overpriced menu. Music can get a little loud but i believe its manageable.
The outside of place is all tagged up with graphiti, and they open usually like 15 min late. Once they finally open, they won't let you in unless you show your covid vaccination card. Ridiculous! So once I finally get inside, the hostess didn't let mechoose my seat, and sat me wherever she wanted me to sit. Also I asked for the WiFi password and she said they don't have WiFithere. But sure enough there's a wifi network named Glass hookah, and I showed it to her and she said that they don't give thatout to customers. This is a complete lie because I was given the password a year ago last time I visited this overpriceddump. So it's like $45 to smoke a hookah. You can buy a hookah for cheaper than that. They also require you to give them yourcredit card to hold onto all night. The hostess never came back around to ask if I needed anything else as I was seated and gotmy hookah. However, the guy that changes the charcoals did a great job. He's the only person there that seemed to understandcustomer service.
My experience here is nice. You can?t have alcohol in the hookah lounge but the speakeasy back there is a lovely gem. The hookah container is cute and the flavors are ok. The fact that you have to buy $6 bottle waters sucks though!
