Great customer service and clean dinning area. The steak bowl with guacamole tasted good ????.
I love chipotle, but I just had a very sad experience. A twist tie was in my burrito, when telling the manager she said to me, what do you want? As if I put it in my food for a free meal. I told her I didn 't want anything, just for her to know. Istill ate it but was sad. And wondered what else might be in my burrito that I don 't know about.
Chiootle Mexican Grill Lorton VA I have frequented the following Chipotle on several occassons. Most recently todays date 11 August 2022. And, the one truusm that resounds familiar is the less than cordial, prentious, and down right obnoxious attitudesof many of this locations employees. Typically, I have visited this location for takeout. During the lunch hour rush it isgenerally full of patrons from Ft. Belvoir and surroundng areas. Generally I have found no issue with the food as a whole. However, I will state it would a pleasant change to actually receive a more generous portion of the requested meat selectionversus a plethora of rice, lettuce, and other garishments in excess. I typically spend no less than $40-$50 or more each timeI've visted the following Chipotle location. However, based on today's interactions I will no longer patron a establishmentwhere it's employees hurl contemptive expressions and disdain when a patron ask for basic condiments. And, might I add seeminglyeye roll even asked politely. And, furthermore this type of atttitude has been routine each visit to the followinglocation. Ir is simply astounding given today's market climate that establsihments employees do not concede that regularpatronage not only aids in paying their salary but, not only understanding so many other choices doors away. Chipotle please doa better job as a whole. The issue here is not a language barrier Spanish is very commonly spoken by many of your patrons. So,when your employees mumble under theor breathe and amongst each other assuning what was spoken has gone unnoticed; It is a verypoor resolve to do so. This locations review based on my several visits and interactions with employees is well warranted.Return visit, not likely until Chipote management addresses it's employees on proper treatment of it's patrons.
Went to pick up an order I made online. When I got there they told me that someone had already taken it. So someone stole my order (all of their orders were behind the counter so idfk how that happened). I asked for a refund and the manager andassistant manager, Ana Reyes and Ingrid Crespin, denied it and told me that it?s my fault that someone else took my food?? theymade my order after that and it wasn?t good. Small portions, 1/4 of the bowls were empty. The pico de gallo was way too salty. And of course, the food was cold ????
