Eat came fast and best when they eat outside for a good view. overall pleasant experience.

We just get some... read more We went to Lorne for the first time, it is an hour drive and we tried this Japanese resto. The food is quiet good but the front staff is rude. We just get some drinks from the fridge and we will pay for it but the staff shouted on us said hey hey without even say excuse me or instead of coming to our table and said to us “hey hey, you should inform me what you are getting at the fridge and pay it first.” All the customer heard what she said to us and all are looking at us as if we are stealing something. It is very embarrassing. This is our first and last visit on this restaurant. The front staff should know how to respect and be polite to the customers.
