Poor accommodation was great but just below or accommodation was the best thing ever. Lorne Central.With big airy rooms and veranda tables, Lorne Central is typical of lots of places we ate at, the prices comparing well too. But the food? Oh my...My Chicken Ceasar Salad was amazing. The rest of the family had equally amazing food. And best of all my half vegetarian family were completely satisfied. Of you are going to Lorne eat at Lorne Central. Period.

Plenty of parking available, clean toilets, cosy setting, best carrot cake we have ever eaten and the log fire burning while we enjoyed afternoon coffee oh and a delicious warming irish coffee, cheers and huge thanks to very accomodating and friendly staff.

The cocktails by the fire in the afternoon and night were excellent too and again the service was exceptional. Special shout out to the manager/owner? who's customer service was excellent with many laughs and made our weekend. We can't wait to come back!

In addition to that, there are other vegan options such as a spicy potato and leek soup, Mexican and Asian poke bowls with tofu. The customer service and atmosphere were also excellent.

While the patty itself lacked flavor towards the... read more My experience at Lorne Central was enjoyable. I decided to try the vegan burger, which had a unique rice patty. While the patty itself lacked flavor towards the end of the burger, the toppings and sauce made up for it. The staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant had a fantastic view and atmosphere, and even had a kids corner with chalk and a chalkboard. Also, the pickles were delicious.
