Yay!!! I found an authentic Thai Restaurant right near my house! I ordered take out as I was not in the mood to really stay and eat.

I had high expectations for this restaurant after a friend's recommendation, and the service was indeed excellent. However, I was disappointed with the chia bowl - it tasted like a mixture of banana, cocoa nibs, and ashtray or coffee, and was quite unpleasant. I had hoped for a better dining experience.
I think I can confidently say that these were the best vegan sandwiches I ever had. So delish! The mozzarella one had a nice texture and was full of flavor! The banana sandwich was great for my sweet tooth! Both were toasted and thus very warming. Ahh just great!
