If you have time to double-check everyth... read more I didn't receive my order correctly and had to wait an extra 20 minutes. At that point, I decided I won’t be returning. If you have time to double-check everything and wait, it might be okay, but with a busy family life, you can’t rely on the pickup order being right the first time. My order was missing a shake, drinks, and the kids' fruit snacks. I mentioned what I could remember, and while the staff was friendly, the overall organization needs improvement.

I do wish Whataburger would switch from styrofoam to paper for their packaging. Their menu never disappoints!

The food was fresh and prepared to order, and despite my special requests across several orders, they handled it all flawlessly. The manager on duty was friendly and accommodating. Although I’ve heard some criticism about the night shift, this review reflects my experience during the weekend day shift.

The location is spotlessly clean, the staff is extremely friendly, the food is always fresh, the service is quick, and the taste is simply amazing! In over 25 years, my orders have never been incorrect, not even a little. Gerrod is exceptional! I highly recommend this place—10/10!

I ordered before others in... read more I placed an online order tonight, and I typically don't like to complain or return food, as I know it can sometimes get messed with. I ordered before others in my group and was really looking forward to some fresh fries. However, when I got my burger, it was entirely different from what I had ordered, but I only noticed this once I got to my room. I attempted to call the restaurant to let them know that someone else had received my order, but no one answered the phone.
