When we ask why the waitress pointed to a note in sm... read more Just visited Taverna Real will not go again. When we went to pay the bill €1.10 had been added to the bill. When we ask why the waitress pointed to a note in small print on their board advertising food that 10 cents is added to every item of food you order for sitting out on their terrace. Please be aware this only appears on the back of their board and therefore you will only be aware once you come to pay the bill. Needless to say we will not being going there again. There are plenty of other places to eat. Just be warned.

Clean tidy tapas bar with a glass partitioned outside eating area comprising 16 four-seater tables. Two large noises vapour emitting oscillating fans keep the terrace cool in hot weather, though they are a big strong give a windy blast. Entering through glass doors the interior is clean tidy with tiled walls approximately half a dozen tables. There are a further three or four higher level tables with bar stools. Tiled walls with flat screen TV 's. A well stocked bar runs along the right hand side of the premises. A glass cabinet sits on the bar counter top displaying approximately 20 various hot cold tapas. In addition there is a menu (written in Spanish) offering various salads, hamburgers, meats, etc., etc. Waiters pleasant, polite efficient. Spanish spoken. Toilets clean, tidy fresh smelling. Wall to ceiling mirror, black round corner mounted washbasin, hand dryer, waste paper bin etc in stainless steel. Walls tiled as per the bar area. I have used this bar on several occasions. Recommend for a drink /or tapas after browsing the many shops activities available at Parque Almenara.
