Down-t... read more Very frequented by Latin Americans living in the city. We tried the best empanadas ever. Good Peruvian ceviche. The battered squid and fish was nice too. Down-to-earth no frills service. The beers are mainly Spanish but they also have Ecuatorian Pilsener, which I enjoyed. The Menú del Día is good value. Two of us had it.
