McDonald’s has been falling in quality and customer service since the beginning of the Covid beginnings and the prices have increased. my opinion is that they should fire all on mcdonald's staff and rebuild many older people who care about what people think about them. these people have a attitude towards everyone in the drive-thru and have men waiting for an hour to give food and still wrong. I asked for a manager and he never came out. the only reason why this place even has a star of me is because I have not the ability to take stars away from them.
