The staff seemed unmotivated and lacked proper supervision.

This is the only location I know of in Lorain County, apart from Elyria. Long John Silver's is one of my favorite fast food spots, and I truly hope we can support this store to keep it going. Their fish and chicken are delicious!

The service here is quite slow, which is typical for takeout orders. As for parking, there is plenty available. This restaurant is also kid-friendly, with toys for children to play with, including LJS paper crowns. Additionally, it is wheelchair accessible, conveniently located right near the entrance.

Went to get food for my parents and they didn't put all the order in. I called and they said to come pick it up. So I drove all the way back over there for them... read more Went to get food for my parents and they didn't put all the order in. I called and they said to come pick it up. So I drove all the way back over there for them to tell me it wasn't ready. The cashier had the nerve to laugh as she shut the window and told me to wait. So I waited for 15 minutes when she finally came out, she just put the bag to the window, rolled her eyes and walked away. No apology or thank you for wanting. I know I won't be going there again. Also did a review on their website and haven't heard anything yet.

My recent visit wasn't even close to being correct. And when I tried to call no one answers the phone. I understand being short staffed but I would have no problem waiting 5 extra minutes to have my order be right.
