They tend to speak quickly, which makes it difficult to hear them, and they often misunderstand what you're saying. Crafting a great sandwich involves more than just taking orders; the staff view themselves as artists, and I believe they should channel that creativity to enhance the customer experience instead of just hurrying through food preparations.
