Wendy's - Longwood

I only have two children's dishes through the car ride thru, they knew they were out of toys, but they didn't say anything. yes, from the toy, so you buy the children instead of a simple little hamburger. especially for 4 years. I don't find out until I get home and take out the food. I'll call, and then they'll tell me they're out toys. I've never been to mcdonalds before and they were toys. so sad that they don't have a manager who can order what they need for their load. Guess I'll buy my maiden meal from mcdonalds right away.

The worst service ever on multiple occasions, especially today. The woman who was taking my order cut me off mid-sentence four times and then was rude when giving me my food. Lastly, she didn’t give me my debit card back, so I had to dive an extra 20-min to go back and get it. I received no apologies from anyone and I’m furious. I’ll never go back there again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I will never go here again. They are rude and have zero customer service. Your rushed to take your order and there over all attitude just disgusting. They had no gloves and I watch one of the scratch there privates with no gloves and handle food heath inspector needs to shut them down. Didn't even bother to ask for a refund just threw my food away and kept it moving.

Walked in today/Lunch for a $5-dollar Biggie-Bag, 1st at counter/2-cars in drive-thru.. Placed my order , employees are distracted by a solicitor of a fitness center filling out cards for them.. Eleven min.s go by Gal asks me for my receipt upon my order/ I cancelled it walked out.. Also there's a young fellow with dreadlocks , if he's gonna be handling food he should be wearing a hairnet so hairs don't fall in anyones food.. Last time I come to this location... Thanks for NOTHING !!!!!

Very friendly and high quality food. We come here pretty much every Sunday
