I love the burgers and I LOVE that Honey Butter sauce!!! The only thing i dislike is that mustard comes on the burgers, so I have to remember no mustard add mayo. View all feedback.
What jay doesn't like about Whataburger Of East Texas:
Not up to Whataburger standards. If I were the AGM or Regional VP, I'd send some serious help to this unit ASAP! The Dobson family would not be happy w/ the slow service in the drive thru nor w/ the accuracy and quality of the orders. View all feedback.
Folks at counter .. not taking care of customers actually grabbing an tugging each other an on the phone. Very unprofessional

The food was great as always. We ordered three different burgers and they were all delicious. Something about a Whataburger that tastes very fresh and different from any other. We only get to have them a couple of times a year since we live in the East Coast. Service at this location was great! We have no complaints.
