Tomboni's presents a mixed dining experience, featuring a chic atmosphere and a menu that includes vegan options and live music on select nights. While some diners rave about the homemade quality and reasonable prices, others report unwelcoming attitudes, especially towards families, and challenges with service during busy periods. Reservations are recommended, but recent patrons have faced unexpected cover charges and a lack of transparency about fees. Despite these issues, the outdoor dining and ambiance can enhance the meal, making it essential to pick the right time for a visit if you want to avoid disappointment.

The food is okay, but the owners are terrible individuals. I will never return or support this restaurant in the future.

I picked up lasagna from here for our dinner. It was great and we will be picking up again.

My adult sons and I went to Tombonis for my birthday. We arrived shortly before 7 pm. The service was horrible. We ordered the chips, salsa and queso appetizer. We got it about 40 minutes later and had about 15 chips for 3 sauces and 3 people. We askedfor more and waited another 30 minutes for another 15 chips not nearly enough for our 3 cups of salsa and queso. They ran outof pizza by 7:30. We finally got our dinner around 8:30. It was so bad. Everything was cold. The chicken Alfredo sauce wasthick and tasted like a frozen dinner. I had the Tuscan shrimp. The shrimp was fine but the sauce was horrible; no words todescribe how bad it tasted. My son tasted it and said it was by far the worst of the 3 entrees we ordered. Another got thechicken parm. It was cold and bland. Needless to say i was so disappointed. Our check was $120 for our food and beer. The foodand service were horrible!! It was by far the worst dining experience in my 58 years and I will never go back.

Overall, great experience. Loved the atmosphere and the food. Prices were on the higher side, but still affordable.
