What Elizabeth Photos doesn't like about Starbucks:
This location refuses to use personal cups through the drive thru. What's the point of having them if you aren't allowed to use them? Maybe it's a regional thing- I am a former starbucks employee and we always would allow the use of personal cups and we would make the drink in the milk pitcher so we could just pour it in when the person got to the window. Passing through LV stopped at this Starbucks. Super nice location. Took my order right away and coffee delivered in one minute. By the way this location has brand new drip coffee machine. Pre-loaded w 6 bean bins. Instant fresh ground cup!! See the pic. Impressive location.
I grabbed this amazing caramel macchiato and let me tell you something about it my friends. Top of the tip top tippity top ? hat. And that young gentleman who served the drive thru while making everyone he encountered smile bigger and walk with a little more bounce to their step was the best at customer service for miles around. I believe his name sounds familiar but it's pronounced with a little more style than my own. Russel, you should be the President in about another decade my friend. Yep he's the bees knees.
So much not ok here. The manager is joking about being petty and pouring drinks out in front of customers as a way to get back at the customer for returning drinks made wrong. The joking and passive aggressive comments could be heard in lobby while I was waiting for my food. My food came back poor quality, stale and tasteless. The lobby was dirty. Every table had food and slime on it. The manager appears to not care and not only encouraged catty behaviors (by role modeling it) but also was witnessing staff say inappropriate things and giggled about it. This is a sketchy run store, with terrible customer service and a nasty lobby. I'm curious how this branch is staying open? I Do they have a District manager? How often does that District manager visit or stay here? Just feels very rouge and redneck. Do not recommend.

Overall, Max saved the experience, although I think it may be beneficial that he find some better employees. Would recommend this location, just avoid dealing with Darla at all costs.
Best experience at a Starbucks ever! Corrina absolutely made our day and made sure we will be coming back anytime we need a Starbucks fix. The whole crew while we were here was honestly rad, the drinks were on point and we left in an even better mood then when we arrived.
