From... read more I had heard a few years ago about the Longview Steak House and had been anxious to try it. Last night was our first visit. What an exceptional experience! From Sam, our witty and engaging server to Karim, the extraordinarily talented man behind the food,...every aspect of this dining experience was incredible. I tried the seared Atlantic scallops, asparagus and green curry soup followed by the indescribable ribeye shrimp entree. I can't recall a dining experience I enjoyed more. Looking very forward to our return in March.

The... read more Perfection from start to finish. My wife and I enjoyed dinner here and stayed the nights. In the morning we had breakfast as well. The food was outstanding. The room we stayed in was beautiful and cozy with large bay style windows with a viewing...couch set up that faced the mountains. The service was top notch. We can’t wait to come back.
