Multiple workers ig... read more Terrible customer service skills on all employees part, even the manager. Sat at the register for at least 10 before anyone acknowledged me. Multiple workers ignoring the fact I was standing at the counter. While 2 employees were in dining room eating. Finally one of the ones eating we’re supposed to be the one taking the order. Didn’t get what I asked for so here comes another long wait to be waited on. Had to slap the counter and yell out while original girl that helped me went on eating. The only thing I got was poor service, ok food, and sorry attitudes…and no apologies Lords chicken I won’t stray again! ?? I left 1 star rating cuz I was forced to!

The girl at the drive-thru window said that they only had crispy and wasn?t dropping anymore. Remind you the store close at 10:00 that?s not how you conduct business. They still had55 minutes and they could?ve dropped more chicken. It?s sad that I have to do this but these restaurants need to get peoples whowant to work and stop being lazy.
