Students cal... read more The food is well prepared and the service is the best I have ever seen. Eating here everyday can get old but that is not unique to the corner cafe. Students call it Saga. The atmosphere is good. As with any eatery, there are good days and bad days, but the good outweigh the bad under the new management. warm cookies on Wednesday’s and omelettes are especially delightful.

There are always vegetarian options available, which is great for those who need them. Most days, you'll find a variety of cuisines, including Mediterranean, Italian, Mexican/Asian, as well as grilled and home-style buffet options. While the lines can be long at times, and the atmosphere isn't quite like a cozy restaurant, it's still a fantastic choice for students, staff, and visitors at LeTourneau University!

And you can tell they don't have incentive. No day-to-day variety in food, consistently undercooked chicken. Until there is competition it will not get better.
