My children had a lot of fun here and did me and my wife with them. It was pretty clean honest, but was a good way surprised. The staff was amazing, all were polite and if there were only rated them in service I would give 6 stars. Ehhh could use improvement. It's not that it doesn't taste its only has no wow factor. It's usually pizza. The desert options are pretty cool. Overall, it was a great experience and we wil... View all feedback.
What Rodger Berge doesn't like about Chuck E. Cheese:
Took my two nephews. Four and two. Pizza is the same disgusting thing it's always been so that hasn't changed, but what got me is that you don't get tokens or tickets anymore. Everything goes on a debit card and it's timed. I did not realize until afterward that you could put points on the card. Would have been a lot smarter for a 2 year old to have a set amount of points rather than a time limit since he was going s... View all feedback.
Just give 3 because the staff was nice and the big baby (the almost 5) had fun. But for 1 large pizza 2 drinks a very small portion of bread sticks and 45 points (to play the games) it was almost $70. The games last about 45 seconds max. And 5 Diff games took a point, but didn't work. If the games stayed longer or opaque... I'd say it was worth it, but unfortunately I don't think we're back. I'll say I think the best they did is the photo booth.

Wish they had more games for younger children, but unlike all this is great food, atmosphere and games! Not too expensive and the kids love it.
I took my grandchildren. You had so much fun. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

Would have been a lot smarter for a 2 year old to have a set amount of points rather than a time limit since he was going so slowly. Wish the cashier had suggested the different options since this was my first time with the new system. Several of the games were not working including the ski ball and we were really disappointed that the ball pit and slide were gone. Wish there was somewhere else we could try, but the kids had fun and that's what matters.
