We recently went to Sugarbeet for our anniversary and we're both super impressed with just about everything. The only issue we had was that it took quite a long time to get drinks in front of us, but the owner or manager who was walking around and checking in on everybody frequently stopped by, and when I mentioned it, we had our drinks right away. My wife had their signature Beetropolis which is gin, beet, tonic, mint, and lime and it was excellent. We started with a sizzling shrimp appetizer,
Outstanding food and service. While many great places have (reasonably) lost their mojo since the pandemic, this place has taken it up a notch. Brilliant menu, exceptional wine selection, and delicious cocktails. A new favorite by far. The pride that owner Ari Kara demonstrates makes everything better for everyone.
Heading home from soccer game in Loveland. Quick google search found us sitting at the bar at Sugarbeet. Wow! Amazing food, unique cocktails and great service. No reservation and they made an effort to fit us in!! The owner was super nice Go Enzo! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We were very excited to try this restaurant. I’m sad to leave a poor review because the food delicious. But, there were several issues. We had reservations for a birthday dinner, and were seated in a busy hall way, next to a door. We made a small comment to the server, but although there was an empty table, we were not offered to move (it was never seated). The cocktails were too strong, not enjoyable. Our server was too busy to give us good service, forgetting to bring us an extra side we ordered. We wanted to stay for dessert, but because the meal had taken so long, we didn’t want to wait another half hour. The birthday wasn’t mentioned, even when he was carded and the gift was on the table. Sadly, the bathroom smelled terrible. For the price of the meal, which was presented beautifully and tasty, the experience was just not worth it. We wouldn’t recommend it. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $50–100
