What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I had one of the worst experiences with customer service at this restaurant. I waited for five minutes before anyone took my order, and it felt like I had somehow turned invisible! The lobby was empty, yet there were six employees working on a Sunday afternoon at 4:20 PM. It seemed like they thought they were better than everyone else. Their drive thru is one of the friendliest Starbucks in the area. Only wish there was more parking in the lot and a larger amount of space for the drive thru. Pick up orders through my app all the time and I usually walk in. Easy, quick process, ready in less than 10 and right on my way to work. They have upsized me once or twice when an order was incorrect, which was an unexpected surprise. Not the greatest atmosphere for sitting and drinking inside since it's overly crowded inside these days, but it's definitely my go to spot for picking up coffee and also protein boxes, breakfast sandwiches, and scones .
ALL of the Baristas are so engaging and friendly. Best part of our community!
Their delivery truck blocked my and several others car in and refused to move, causing me to be about half an hour late to work, and I lost wages. Obviously a truck that large is not suitable for such a small parking lot.
Alexia was really great and had a great sense of humor. I also want to thank the rest of the team for preparing the drinks so quickly. I even received a job offer!
