Over a month ago we did a take out order. My sandwich was fine, why wife’s was mostly bread. We live too far to drive back so my wife filed a complaint. The manager Samatha did email, then called us back promising a coupon in the mail for a replacement sandwich. After a couple of weeks we never get that coupon and emailed Samatha directly. Now over a month later there has been no response. Will not go back for take out (maybe not at all) as Samatha also told us she was trying to train her employees to be consistent, as that was a problem she stated to me directly. Order 2 bowls of soup one was chicken noodles, there were 6 noodles and no chicken. The soup was only carrots. The onion soup was disgusting, there were 5 croutons no cheese. They were 8.99 each and it was a cup not even a bowl. HORRIBLE. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
My experience really sucked the employees were rude they were not helpful and they didnt put my soup bowl in the bag and then the soup they gave me was the wrong one!! The total was $62 i was shocked!!! Way over priced and the service sucks!!!!! We will never eat there again.. i called the manager and all he offered me was a FREE cookie for all the inconvenience..SERIOUSLY?!?!????!! They need to get new employees or retrain them with better customer srevice skills!!!!!!!!
