I stop here for breakfast many of my work days. For a long time I ordered a simple bean&cheese burrito. After months of eating their bean&cheese, I branched out, and oh my goodness am I glad I did. Their tacos=AMAZING! Their fully stacked burritos=SO GOOD! The meat is tender and flavorful, never hard or chewy like many other fast Mexican joints. Everything I’ve eaten here is fantastic. Possibly the best breakfast burritos in town. Offer multiple temps of chilie, burritos are big and good balance of fillings. Decent coffee too

On my way to Boulder, I dropped by and was AMAZED BY THE GREEN CHILE. It is hands down the best tasting and most perfectly spicy green chile I have ever had(I got the medium). The staff were also great and ridiculously friendly. Overall, my experience was a good one. I will definitely be dropping back by the next time I'm in town and I encourage everyone to give this place a shot.

DELICIOUS, hot, fresh, authentic Mexican food at an incredible price! This places never fails, and the meals are always perfectly made. Highly recommend anything on the menu. The green chili and meat by the pound is to die for- perfect for a family dinner night, or meal prep for the week! Everything tastes homemade and you can taste that it is made with all the love. Thank you to the Taqueria Las Palmeras family for allowing us to enjoy top-notch Mexican dining here in Longmont!
