I couldn't resist adding H D to my to-see list when I stopped off in Longford on my way home from Cradle mountain a month ago... and then I couldn't resist having lunch at Hubert Dan when I got a look at their food menu and spied the pork belly bao. What can I say, I can't resist. Coffee was... just ok. Food, however, was DELICIOUS. I would come back a bazillion times for a meal here, and I'd come back a tragafrillion (that's a bunch more) times for the sweet treats. The pretzel brownie I took away with me almost made me weep. I deeply regretted not availing myself of the very last eclair until it was too late. I still think about it. One day, Hubert Dan. One day we'll meet again and I'll have learnt from my eclair-abstaining mistakes.
