Subway - Long Lake

I went to the counter and asked if they had gluten-free bread at this place. she said yes. I said they said yes. they instructed the young to educate the wheat bread from the same area as the bread with gluten to serve me. I explained to her that this is not gluten-free and she insisted that was wheat bread. this load must be formed about what this is, or it could get someone very sick. also this woman had a person with impediments that worked for her in the load, she was very rude for him. If they have no time to train or address situations properly, then they may not have a person with special needs there during the lunch break. will never go back here again.

I love subway, and I don't care if the meatball bottom is the meatball (possibly) the worst health option on the menu, it's fantastic! my only grip is that they have no Swiss cheese?

Very little seating and the bathroom smells terrible and not because it is a bathroom. happy and helpful staff.

Went by this location last week to pickup two kids meals. The guy cuts the bread and I noticed it wasn't even 3 inches long (kids sandwich is 1/3 size; 12/3=4). I commented the bread looked pretty short and he tried to justify it. A kids sandwich has 2 pieces of meat and 2 pieces of cheese. The meat had to be folded and stacked up to fit inside the bread. Pathetic that this franchisee is cutting corners to the point that people will go elsewhere as I did!

This was by far the best customer service experience I've ever had in any restaurant. I'm not joking! Jim, thank you for your time and amazing attitude. It was truly wonderful.
