The driver delivered my order to a store that I was at and rudely handed my coffee roughly to a manager and said some genius ordered a coffee with my order out of the protective bag and no items that came with it. he was rude ! Coffee Bean is great and amazing and i have no complaint with them just grubhub drivers that hate doing their job even when i tipped them a lot before hand. View all feedback.
Worst experience I 've ever had. Drive-through was crowded so I walked in. I tried to buy a breakfast burrito and a coffee, but did not have cash to pay for it. I asked if I could pay with my credit card. The attendant told me if I ask nicely , she will let me pay with credit card. I was shocked and just walked away. My coffee at home is way better anyways.
