We love this place and used to visit all the time when we lived in Long Beach. Now we are 20 minutes from Long Beach and travel out there if we want great pizza. What User doesn't like about Straw Hat Pizza:
The pizza was served quickly, but there was an issue with having to go back to the salad bar for a new plate. The main concern was when my grandson discovered a hair in his pizza. When I informed the staff at the counter, the response was a dismissive "what do you want me to do about it?" It would have been more appropriate for them to handle the situation differently. Space is great! eating is delicious and the service was great, I recommend it to everyone.

The staff is super friendly and polite and they hustle hard! Only thing is this place is understaffed and can't deal with a rush in a timely manner. But I still give 4/5 stars because they killed it that night our team popped up after promotion night. I would come back here for sure. Food was decent and prices are fair.
It is okay and they are always busy, but the pizza is very good and they have a salad bar which is great.
