What Madison Kunze doesn't like about Phnom Penh Noodle Shack:
It's a little busy family restaurant. Parking is terrible. You don't have a parking space so you can only park on the street. I recommend joining the waiting list on Yelp or Google so you don't have to wait long when you get there. Your business hour is from 7:am to 3pm and the restaurant is packed alway. The noodles are okay for me. But the remaining room can't be flush. You need to open the water tank to rinse. It... View all feedback. What Mark Eley likes about Phnom Penh Noodle Shack:
My wife found this awesome Cambodian noodle shack. Authentic Cambodian cuisine, I had the house special, Phnom Pen noodles, dry with a knuckle bone broth chaser. Add a little broth to toss the rice noodles, add some Hoisin sauce, lime, Sriracha sauce and bam, you get the bomb, sliced pork, ground pork, stomach, liver and shrimp noodle bowl in town. Parking sucks but the food and price are worth the trouble! View all feedback.

read morePhnom Penh Noodle Shack in Long Beach is a bustling family-owned restaurant that offers delicious and authentic Cambodian cuisine. While parking can be a challenge, joining the waiting list online is recommended to avoid long wait times at this popular spot. The noodles are flavorful and satisfying, with the dry pho and accompanying broth receiving high praise. The extensive menu includes options like beef slices meatball noodles and Choat la, all served with attentive and friendly staff. The restaurant's small size means lines can be long, but the fried bread and sweet bread are worth the wait. Overall, Phnom Penh Noodle Shack provides a wonderful dining experience with its flavorful dishes and welcoming atmosphere.
