It was a great September day down by the water food was excellent. I had the seared ahi Delicious
Parker's lighthouse as usual exceeded my expectations. I am a 40 year resident of Long Beach and Parker's has maintained its excellence for years. Who needs to go to Los Angeles when we have Parker's lighthouse.
Mixed grill was delicious. Shrimp appetizer was great. Clam chowder was wonderful. Could’ve used a few more clams but very very tasty and I would have it again.
I did not enjoy the food at this restaurant, particularly the sushi. The fish tasted like it was not fresh. I also bought a lettuce-wrapped burger for my husband to have for dinner, but after one bite, he immediately discarded it because the meat had a strong odor. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
My friend and I have been meeting for lunch at this restaurant every other month for a while now, and it's a fantastic place to catch up and enjoy a meal together.
