The lettuthat was giving to me was old brown and made my sandwich taste horrible. I could not go back to return the sandwich as I was on my lunch break

Horrible customer service, very rude!! I tried to get my sandwich remade because it had peppers on it and the guy made a big deal out of it I ended up just taking the sandwich and throwing it away. Never again will I go there Id rather take the longer drive to another location!!

This location was not a good experience! I asked for extra veggie toppings and they did not add any extra toppings (3 onion ring slices is all they would put on the sandwich . Additionally, when I provided a coupon, it scanned and took off $2. Then, another employee (supervisor maybe? had the audacity to demand the coupon, stop the payment from processing, and then tell me that the coupon wasn?t accepted at this location. Albeit the coupon apparently was location specific, but how dare they cancel a processing payment and then restart the order over a $2 coupon that scanned and worked. That?s an issue with Jersey Mike?s and not the customer. I will definitely not be shopping at this location again way too frugal and not enough customer appreciation or support!

Well let's see I was super clear on the phone order of my wish for store rep to be generous on the avocado and extra tomatoes in my sub since after the meat the most important ingredients but that wasn't the case so I suppose I'm not a valued loyal customer huh
