Jack In The Box - Long Beach

The restaurant is very professional. I only stopped by Jack in the Box because it's not too late at night. The drive-thru wasn't very busy and the food is always great. I love how friendly the staff is, even when it's late at night.

I came to try the jalapeño poppers and noticed a cool poster on the wall! The place is extremely clean, one of the cleanest I've been to! This could be because I always go to the Compton location or further down to Long Beach. Great job, management!

On 3/22/2022 around 7:50am, my partner and I had a displeasing experience at this restaurant. We drove through the drive-thru and the staff member was overly eager, interrupting us before we could finish our order. They ended up giving us the wrong order, so we had to return after our appointment to get the correct items (coffee and everything). There was no apology for the inconvenience, no sense of remorse from the responsible person or supervisor. No one was wearing name tags and when I asked for their names, they refused to provide them. The person at the register mentioned it was their first day, which I could understand, but it was still rude behavior that should not be tolerated. The food itself was alright, but the lack of good customer service was disappointing, especially for a restaurant chain like Jack in the Box. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and left us feeling disappointed.
